Northern Blocks

Nyota has two Exploration Licences (totalling 2,300 sq km) located approximately 100 km north of Tulu Kapi (the “Northern Blocks”) which cover four distinct parcels of land.  Based on an airborne magnetic survey and follow-up mapping and sampling, Nyota is currently focused on two targets within the Northern Blocks: Bendokoro and Boka Sirba (as identified below).
Bendokoro and Boka Sirba Target Areas
In addition to the Bendokoro and Boka Sirba targets, a drill programme has been designed to test the known quartz veins at Tsole Mole (also identified in the Figure, above.
An airborne magnetic survey identified 47 targets of merit, seven of which (including Bendokoro, Boka Sirba and Tsole Mole) have been followed up.  Reconnaissance exploration on the balance of 40 targets identified from the airborne magnetic survey is now underway and includes stream sediment, rock chip and heavy mineral concentrate sampling and trenching; the same techniques that have successfully delineated the current suite of targets being evaluated.
