Mr Budkin is the co-founder and Managing Partner of FinPoint LLC, an independent investment-banking firm that specialises in M&A, strategic advisory and debt advisory and restructuring in Ukraine, Russia and the wider CIS region (www.finpoint.biz). Mr Budkin is also a Director of OJSC BystroBank, a regional retail bank in Russia, and Chairman of the Supervisory Board at PJSC Trust Bank (Ukraine). Mr Budkin is also a Director of OJSC BystroBank, a regional retail bank in Russia, and Independent Director of OJSC Bank Khlynov, a mid-sized Russian corporate bank.

Andrew Wright is currently chief financial officer of Bluebird Merchant Ventures Limited and a director of Etres Resources Limited, an Australian-based holding company for investments into exploration assets in the Philippines. Mr Wright is a director of Etruscan Capital Pty Limited, a boutique investment advisory practice responsible for provision of advice to sophisticated investors in the equity, debt and property markets. Mr Wright has held a number of other directorial positions in private companies. Mr Wright holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from the Securities Institute in Australia, and qualified as a chartered accountant in Australia in 1992.
Mr Normand qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1978, having trained with Spicer and Pegler (now part of Deloitte). Following a secondment (from 1985 to 1987) to 3i plc, Mr Normand specialised for the next 15 years in the provision of advice to management buy-out and buy-in teams and on corporate acquisitions, disposals and capital raisings. Since 2002, Mr Normand has filled management and finance officer roles for a number of different commercial and charitable organisations. Most recently, from 2009 to 2016, he was Finance Director of Pathfinder Minerals Plc, an AIM-traded minerals company.
In an unremunerated extra-curricular capacity, Mr Normand is active in the governance of the Church of England, being Chair of the London Diocesan Synod's House of Laity and Chair of the Finance and Remuneration Committees of the Bishop of London's Council.
Mr McDermott is a Chartered Engineer, and also qualified as a Chartered Accountant in approximately 1991 as a then partner at Arthur Andersen. He has a Master of Engineering Science from the University of NSW (1974) and a Master of Commerce, also from the University of NSW (1980).
He has a deep corporate experience, particularly in hard asset infrastructure, banking and finance, telecommunications/ICT and property trusts. He was a Partner at Arthur Andersen and executive director, Andersen Corporate Finance Limited from 1991 to 2000. Mr McDermott was Chairman of Integral Energy Australia Limited and oversaw the successful transition into a full retail business in the national competitive retail energy market during the period 2000 to 2002 and he continued as a non-executive director of private and listed companies through to 2008. From 2003-2007 he was a Special Adviser to Ernst and Young’s Energy, Water and Infrastructure Advisory Group.
Recently he was Honorary Fellow at the Applied Finance Centre at Macquarie University, Sydney lecturing in the Masters of Applied Finance degree, including lecturing in Beijing and Singapore. He is currently on several advisory boards as well as running his own corporate finance consultancy.
