Nyota Minerals Limited (Nyota) is a gold exploration and development company dual listed on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange (AIM:NYO.L) and the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX:NYO.AX).

We are focused on the development of Tulu Kapi, our flagship project (“Project”) and the exploration of our large licence area also in Western Ethiopia.

We have a total Indicated and Inferred JORC-compliant Mineral Resource containing 1.87 million ounces of gold (24.90 million tonnes @ 2.34 g/t gold) and a JORC-compliant Probable Ore Reserve of 16.9 Mt grading 1.82g/t for 986 koz of contained gold.

We are actively exploring several priority targets proximal to Tulu Kapi as well as regional gold targets in the Northern Blocks which we believe have the potential to become future standalone projects.

“The Nyota team just before the start of the Great Ethiopian Run in Addis Ababa on Sunday 25 November 2012. The 10k race attracted 37,000 entrants and has become one of Africa’s biggest events. The best time achieved by the Nyota team was 1 hours 15 minutes by Zsolt Molnar, Alan Stenson and Maggie Parker. The team raised sponsorship for a number of good causes, including Alzheimer’s and Lupus.”
