Nyota Minerals Limited

Nyota Minerals Limited (Nyota) is a gold exploration and development company dual listed on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange (AIM:NYO.L) and the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX:NYO.AX).
We are focused on gold exploration and development in Western Ethiopia, where we have a 25% direct interest in the Tulu Kapi gold project, which has a total Indicated and Inferred JORC-compliant Mineral Resource containing 1.87 million ounces of gold (24.90 million tonnes @ 2.34 g/t gold) and a JORC-compliant Probable Ore Reserve of 16.9 Mt grading 1.82g/t for 986 koz of contained gold.
We also hold exploration licences covering regional gold targets in the Northern Blocks (approximately 100km north of Tulu Kapi) which we believe have the potential to become future standalone projects.
On 30 December 2013 we announced the completion of the sale of a majority (75%) stake in our subsidiary, Nyota Minerals (Ethiopia) Limited which holds the Tulu Kapi and proximal licences. As a result of this transaction we now hold an interest of 12.5% in fellow AIM gold company KEFI Minerals plc.  For further details, please see our Announcements page.
